Delete your Sudoku account

Sudoku by dowhiletrue.co, for Android, iPhone and iPad

Option 1: Delete it in the app

This is the fastest way. Your account and cloud data are deleted right away.

Open Sudoku and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Tap Delete permanently. If you signed in with Google, Apple or email, you may be asked to confirm it’s you.

Option 2: Ask us by email

No longer have the app? Email us from the address you signed in with, or include your leaderboard username so we can find your account. We delete it and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account (Google, Apple, email or guest)
Your profile and leaderboard username
Saved games, progress and statistics
Daily challenge, Time Attack and event results, and your leaderboard entries
Puzzle problem reports you sent
Your push-notification token

What is kept

Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and our purchase processor RevenueCat, as required for accounting, tax and refunds.
Analytics and crash data that is no longer linked to your account expires automatically (analytics up to 14 months, crash reports up to 90 days).
Games stored only on your device stay there until you uninstall the app.

Have a subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions, or on iPhone in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
